I am embarking on a journey from Townsville to Cairns by bike, with a mission to gather funds for the Children’s Cancer Institute. In Australia, each week brings the heartbreaking news of 20 children diagnosed with cancer, and tragically, we lose three young lives to this ruthless disease. The Children’s Cancer Institute stands as the sole independent medical research institute in the country, focusing entirely on pediatric cancer.
