How to Register

  1. Click the register button
  2. Register as an individual or team
  3. Choose your fundraising target (you must raise a minimum $500 to participate)
  4. Create your fundraising page
  5. Add an optional donation
  6. Pay your registration fee.
You can purchase additional registrations for family members, friends or colleagues. Individual details are required for each additional entry.

Here are some quick tips and ideas to help you with your fundraising efforts

Donate to yourself

Nothing says commitment to the cause like kicking things off with a donation to yourself. Generosity inspires generosity!

Get interactive

Use your fundraising page to tell people why you are taking part in the ride. You can add photos, thank your donors and update them on your training.

Communication is key

Don’t be shy to ask friends, family and colleagues for donations to help kids with cancer. They are usually more than happy to help if you ask. Start with an email, text or friendly chat explaining why you’re taking part in the walk – adding a personal or funny story always helps! 

Get social

Share your journey on social media! Keep your friends updated, track your training with selfies and share why you’re taking part.

Direct ask to people is great by using your messenger app to send direct asks to people – it’s a more personal approach. Don't forget about group pages you're part of that could be appropriate to message/post in too! Acknowledge donations by posting to a friend’s timeline to thank them for their donation. It will encourage others to donate too!
